Another Successful Summer Reading Tour!!!

Greetings Everyone,
After taking a break from blogging over the past few months due to a very busy summer reading tour (almost 90 libraries in June & July) the time has come for the whirlwind of middle and high school programs during the months of October and November.  This is by far my favorite time of the year as I love performing my teen programs more than any other programs that I offer!  This year there are a variety of shows for schools to choose from:  "Authors of Mystery and Horror" versions 1 & 2, "Nevermore: Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe", "Once Upon a Time: Grimm's Fairy Tales", "Something Wicked This Way Comes: A Shakespeare Experiment", and, coming soon, an all new Edgar Allan Poe themed program highlighted "The Cask of Amontillado", "The Bells", and more!

But first - enjoy a few of my favorite pictures from the summer reading show - the "Magical Scientific Reading Extravaganza!" which is being offered to elementary schools this school year.

This young lady went home and learned the cups and balls from her magic kit that she purchased at the show and then made a video on Facebook.  It was awesome!  A future magician for sure!
